The ESD monitoring system enables PC control of the multiple electrostatic sensors used to detect the ESD conditions at each of the film and electronic device production line stages. Measurement data for each sensor can be stored to separate files in the PC, and the storage period can be freely specified. The waveforms for a maximum of 10 sensors per display can be displayed simultaneously on the PC. 

●Maximum 360 sensors can be connected to on PC for abnormal ESD charge confirmation.
●Moreover, the abnormal potential, time of occurrence and peak value for each sensor can be confirmed on the PC.
　Measurement data for each sensor can be stored to separate files in the PC.
　The waveforms for a maxumum of 10 sensors per display can be displayed simultaneously on the OC.
●Alarm settings can be specified to notify the operator when the potential exceeds the preset value (any desired + / - voltage)
●The sampling time can be specified in the range from 0.1 sec to 24 hours.
●PC and Mitsubishi sequencers are used to connect with Ethernet.
●The dedicated application software is conpatible with the following operating systems : Windows XP, Window 2000, Windows 98.
