ST-10 automatic spray guns (Liquid circulation model )
●Liquid passage and Piston air room is independence type. You do not be worried about the liquid mixes with the air which is in the piston air room.
●With Precision Liquid volume adjuster pitch 0.5mm.
●Needle packing set used special material (PERFLOUR) which is solvent resistance and chemical resistance.
●Liquid circulation model with the slim needle for better liquid flow.
●Tube Fittings are not attached.
●Atomization is the same as ST-6 series.
●ST-10 Both fan and round pattern
Standard model in ST-10 series.
Used for spraying paints and various kinds of machine oils with a lower air pressure so as to minimize oil scattering. By turning the Pattern Adjuster, the size of the Round to Fan (intermediate possible) pattern can be selected.
●ST-10SK small round pattern model
While spray distance is 5mm, it can spray the minimum round pattern about φ２mm.
Covering a spray angle of approx. 5°.
ou can coat a small narrow line by moving workpieces or automatic spray guns.
●ST-10W Wide-Angle fan pattern
It can spray as a fan pattern even spray a small amount of the liquid
●ST-10R Round pattern
Covering a spray angle of approx. 15°.
Applied to use in marking and spray small workpieses.
●ST-10RW Wide-Angle Round spraying
Spiral air stream produces a fine granular mist, and is able to also paint or coat side walls (inside of a concave surface) as well as the bottom. Also, the spiral air stream helps prevent the Air Cap from becoming clogged.

Input fluid pressure : applied from a one meter height with a Gravity Feed Container
Maximum Pattern Width : Measured at a 300 mm distance from the tip of spray nozzle
Input Air Pressure : 0.1 MPa
(If the input air pressure is 0.29 MPa, the value will be the same as ST-5 series.)
※ The pattern width value of ST-5SK is under the following conditions :
liquid volume :1.5 ml/min, spray distance from 5 to 20 mm.
※ The model ST-10, ST-10R, ST-10RW, ST-10W are measured at spray distance 200mm, flow rate 30 ml/min, atomizating air 0.1 MPa.
And ST-10W is measured at pattern air 0.25 MPa.
※ST-10SK : minimum spray pattern measured at flow rate 1.5 ml/min, spray distance 5 to 20mm.
Particle size SMDμm measured at spray distance 200mm, flow rate 10 ml/min，atomizating air 0.1MPa.
