About the oil for reciprocating compressors
Use ANEST IWATA's genuine oil to ensure a long,
problem-free service life of the compressor.
Oil is available in three varieties: 0.5 L, 1 L and 20 L.

Features
About the oil
This is high-performance oil for reciprocating air compressors
jointly developed with Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd.
The oil is superior to other general oil products in foaming
and emulsifying properties,as well as in oil consumption,
carbon accumulation and wear of sliding and rotating parts.

Ingredient Narrow-cut naphthene used as base oil
Viscosity ISO VG68
Features Oil consumption reduction
● Removal of light component
● Addition of optimal amount of paraffin
base oil with high viscosity index

Carbonization measures
● Use of narrow-cut naphthene base oil
● Careful selection of antioxidant

Anti-wear measure
● Addition of anti-wear agent to improve
compatibility with aluminum cylinder

Emulsifying measure
● ‧Removal of surfactant

※ The refilling interval has been calculated as a guide
after operating for a period of 1 month (20 days),
at 30°C or less ambient temperature for 8 hours per day.
If the system is operating for 16 hours a day,
the refilling interval will be half the time indicated in this chart.
For example, refilling will be required after approximately 1 month
for 3.7 kW, and approximately half a month for 11 kW.

※ Oil consumption increases when the ambient temperature is high.
An increase in oil consumption also occurs as the compressor is
in operation for longer hours, resulting in greater wear in the piston ring.
The piston ring wears more rapidly in a dusty environment.
