●Automating the work of treating the sludge in the booth water tank, which is conventionally done manually, reduces the number of times you need to clean sludge as well as the maintenance workload.
●Since water content of collected sludge becomes extremely low, the amount of waste is reduced to about one-third of the conventional amount, making it easier to store and dispose of sludge.
●The system is of the security-oriented explosion-proof type. The pump model appropriate for the spray booth can be selected.
●The water in the booth becomes cleaner, resulting in less sludge odor. Also, the water needs to be replaced much less frequently.
●The system features a space-saving design and can be used with most wet-type booths.
●Installing the collection square (option) in the water tank enables effective collection of floating dispersed sludge.
Configuration
●The floating dispersant treatment agent SK-410 that makes sludge incohesive and promotes gelation is put in the system.
●The floating dispersed sludge in the water tank is sucked and transferred by the pump.
●The centrifugal separator separates sludge from water and returns the purified water to the spray booth.
